About Me
Before becoming a designer and organizer, I worked as a pediatric speech-language pathologist, supporting children through play-based learning and development. That background deeply shapes the way I approach spaces today—how children move through them, how independence is fostered, and how environments can quietly support daily routines.
My work began organically. Friends would come over and visibly relax—letting out that sigh of relief—as their kids naturally settled into play. They noticed how easy the space felt, how the flow worked, and how everything had a place without feeling rigid or precious. Soon, friends were asking for help reworking their own homes: a combined home office and craft space, a better-functioning closet, a playroom that could also double as an exercise room.
What started as helping friends grew into something more. I realized I loved helping families create spaces that are both beautiful and practical—spaces that support real life, reduce clutter, and actually stay functional over time.
I grew up in Maine, where a love of the outdoors shaped my appreciation for calm, simplicity, and thoughtful design. When I’m not working, you’ll find me canoeing, hiking, or crafting—activities that continue to inspire my belief that our homes should feel grounded, flexible, and easy to live in.
Today, I combine my background in child development with a passion for organization and interior design to help families create homes that truly work for them—thoughtful spaces that feel good the moment you walk in and continue to support daily life long after.
